Shanghai, November 26, 2025 – The 2025 Automechanika Shanghai officially kicked off at the National Exhibition and Convention Center (Shanghai), setting multiple industry records. For the first time, the exhibition has opened all 15 pavilions with a total exhibition area of 383,000 square meters, attracting 7,465 enterprises from 44 countries and regions. The number of participating countries/regions and enterprises increased by 9% and 10% year-on-year respectively, making it a core hub for technological upgrading and business cooperation in the automotive industry in the Asia-Pacific region.

Chinese participating enterprises have demonstrated strong development resilience and innovative vitality. Among them, 2,427 enterprises from Zhejiang Province participated in the exhibition, accounting for 33% of the total number of participating enterprises. Their exhibition area exceeded 57,000 square meters, a year-on-year increase of 7%.
